Philosophy & Identity
Giardinetto Veneto was born from the vision of Alessio and Ugo, Venetians with over 25 years of experience in tourism and gastronomic consulting, who fell in love with Albania during a trip in 2023. The restaurant aims to be a cultural bridge: bringing to the many Albanians who have lived or worked in Italy the authentic flavours they know and remember — those of grandmothers, mothers, authentic restaurants and Italian trattorias.
The restaurant works exclusively with traditional Venetian and Veneto recipes passed down through the centuries. No reinterpretation, no compromise: only Italian DOP ingredients, handmade pasta, and artisan desserts prepared daily.
The atmosphere is the typical one of Venetian places: warm, familiar, never formal. Quiet music in the background, a natural garden with scents and shade, and service that — as customers say — makes you feel "in the owner's home".
